Dairy Cottage

PD Bilder established his company 20 years ago after 15 years previous experience in the building trade. PD Bilder is a company that has been built on continuous recommendation and repeat custom based on quality of service and workmanship. This proven track record and recommendation has given PD Bilder the opportunity to work on many quality projects such as the outstanding ‘Dairy Cottage’, the family home of  Kieron and Sarah in Failand.

Originally a single storey derelict cow barn, PD Bilder created this beautiful 4 bedroom house, in French shabby chic style, using locally sourced  stone to match the original and reclaimed double roman roofing tiles, with oak beams lintels over the joinery made windows,  natural timber floorboards and high quality finish design and decorations to interior.  Their ‘Grand Design’ became a wonderful family home for Kieron and Sarah for the last 8 years. With  their family growing, so did Dairy Cottage, where PD Bilder returned to construct a 2 storey  extension, again taking care to match all materials to create a seamless join, with many features inside.   This is just one of many of PD Bilders’ successful projects and will be featured in the 'English Homes' magazine next year.
